Matches of this stage of the tournament will take place at the beginning of next year, the winner will be determined in two matches. They will take place on March 2-3 and April 3-4.

In case of success in the quarterfinals, the opponent in the semifinals will be determined in the confrontation between Orhei "Milsami" and Chisinau "Zimbru".
