UEFA has announced refereeing teams for the return matches of the first round of qualifying for the Champions League. The return match between FC Sheriff and Bosnian Zrinjski will be judged by the British.

 

The match will be officiated by Peter Bankis. The 40-year-old referee only this year began to referee the English Premier League. There were 12 matches last season. On July 29, 2021, Bankis served the Conference League match between Milsami Orhei and Swedish Elfsborg.

 

Bankis will be assisted by his compatriots Adam Nunn, Wide Smith and Robert Jones.
