Sheriff-2 had a home match with FC Sfintul George from Surucheni at Sheriff Covered Arena in terms of 20th matchday, Division A.
Vadim Borc's team took possession of the ball and showed a few dangerous attacks. Our team responded with attacks as well. On 35th minute Artiom Puntus got the rebound and sent it right to the goal. 1:0 - it was the first and the only goal in the match, as it turned out.
Sfintul George had to play differently and after the break the head coach made three substitutions. However, the yellow-blacks built a good wall. On the one part, they undermined the opponent's play and on the other part they threatened the visiting team's goal.
At the end of the match Sfintul George used break in our lines and had a few dangerous shots but failed to score to Maxim Bardis.
